Below, we have provided a brief description and an example of the main types of reports that institutions and organizations can use to assist their work in targeting services and assistance to poor households.
Reports 10, 8, 13 and 14 are available on CD-ROM. Reports 15 and 16 must be generated by data users by using the Data Viewer version of the Database of Poor Households. The IDPoor Programme can provide this software for any province where identification of poor households has been conducted.
For any enquiries regarding data on poor households, please contact the Identification of Poor Households Programme at the Ministry of Planning, via email: idpoor.database@online.com.kh and telephone: (023) 220740.
Report 10: Summary Statistics–Database of Poor Households
This report provides a summary of results of identification of poor households for all areas covered in a province in a specific Data Collection Round. It presents the following information:
- Total number of villages, communes and districts covered by the identification process in the province
- Number and median percentage of households identified as poor in all villages, broken down by Poverty Category.
- Number and median percentage of persons identified as poor in all villages, broken down by Poverty Category.
- Number and percentage of households headed by males and females in each Poverty Category.
Note: The percentage of poor households or persons in a village is calculated based on data about the total number of households or total population from the Ministry of Planning Commune Database, and therefore is only approximate, because the total number of households and total population in a village may change in the period following the collection of the data for the Commune Database.

Report 13: Poor Household List
This report provides summary information about all households in the List of Poor Households for a village. It shows the name and sex of the head of household, the name of the spouse, and the Poverty Category for each household. It also shows the number and percentage of households in Poverty Category 1 and 2, and the total number and percentage of poor households.
Note: The percentage of poor households in a village is calculated based on data about the total number of households from the Ministry of Planning Commune Database, and therefore is only approximate, because the total number of households in a village may change in the period following the collection of the data for the Commune Database.
This report provides a summary of which households are included in the List of Poor Households, and can be used for targeted provision of services and assistance to individual poor households.
This report is an electronic version of data which already exists at the Commune and Village level on the paper form of the List of Poor Households. However, it also includes additional data on the sex of the head of household, which is not provided on the paper form of the List of Poor Households.
The household codes in this electronic List of Poor Households should be more accurate than those listed on the paper form of the List of Poor Households, as they have been verified in the database. However, compared to the paper form, there may be differences in the names and spelling of household heads or their spouses, as the names and spelling recorded on the Questionnaire are considered to be the official names and it is these that are recorded in the database (these names are copied from the Family Book, National ID Card, or the Civil Register).

Report 8: Profile of All Household Members
This report presents key data on all household members of each household that was included in the List of Poor Households and that had data entered from the questionnaire. The data provided for each household member includes name, relationship to head of household, sex, year of birth, age, and poverty category.
This report is useful as a tool for checking eligibility of household members to receive services or assistance.

Report 14: Poverty Rate Comparison Report
This report is prepared in two formats. One report shows results by household, and one shows results by person. The Household-Based Poverty Rate Comparison Report provides an overview of the number and percentage of Poor Level 1 and Poor Level 2 households in each village covered by the process of identification of poor households, and the total percentage of poor households in each village, and also shows the total percentage of poor households in each commune.
As for the People-Based Poverty Rate Comparison Report, it provides an overview of the number and percentage of Poor Level 1 and Poor Level 2 persons in each village covered by the process of identification of poor households, and the total percentage of poor persons in each village, and also shows the total percentage of poor persons in each commune.
Note: The percentage of poor households and persons in a village is calculated based on data about the total number of households and population from the Ministry of Planning Commune Database, and therefore is only approximate, because the total number of households or population in a village may change in the period following the collection of the data for the Commune Database.
This report is useful for organisations and institutions who wish to target services or assistance to the poorest villages, or to poor households living within the poorest villages, in the area covered by the process for Identification of Poor Households. Because the report shows the percentage of Poor Level 1 and 2 households, it is very useful for targeting villages with high percentages of Poor Level 1 households, for example.
This report can also be very useful when used together with Report 8: Profile of All Household Members or Report 13: Poor Household List to target services or assistance to specific poor households in poor villages.

Report 15: List of Names and Photos of Poor Household Members
This report shows the household code, poverty category and thumbnail photos of each poor household in a village, and the key details of the household members, including name, year of birth and sex.
This report provides a useful summary of information about a household which is especially useful for service providers who do not have access to computers (e.g. at district, commune or village level), for verifying the identity of any household member who will be provided a service or other assistance.
