The Ministry of Planning (MOP), as chair of the Technical Working Group on Planning and Poverty Reduction (TWG-PPR), would like to invite you or your representative (i.e. the representative of your organisation partici­pating in the TWG-PPR) to participate in the Joint Learning Event (JLE) on "Supporting Sector Pro­grammes (PBA for PPR)" that will take place in Golden Sand Hotel, Sihanoukville, from 31th of July to 2nd of August 2007 (arrival on Monday, the 30th, return on Friday, the 2nd of August).

The objective of the JLE is to link current thinking and good practice regarding sector-wide approaches (SWAps) or programme-based approaches (PBAs) to the actual sector programme processes in Cambodia including the field of Planning and Poverty Reduction, PPR) through ‘learning by doing’.
